At IICottage, Innovative Instruction, we understand that no one is simply the same as anyone else. Some students have the potential to be great scientists, artists, builders or financial managers, but they need the correct nudge, the correct support and more time with certain subjects without made to feel like they are slow.
We support these inherent objectives of students, and wish only to give them a safe, calm and supportive space to, as we would say, ‘blunder’, but still know the courage, without prosecution to get up and try again.
The student has the support of the instructors, the program and without the added stress of performing to a class-mates standard. Competition is great, for certain students, for others, it can be stress-full, and a great de-motivator. We want students to challenge themselves, compete in a more healthy environment and see every new accomplishment as a win.
No student left behind. With us, no student will ever feel like they have been neglected, or did not receive the support they needed. Some students talk quickly and loudly, raise concerns and some are quiet and reserved. We aim to get to know the students and their personalities and personally be involved with their progress.
